Care Homes and Community Groups
Physiotherapy @ Home is available to enhance the services Care Homes, Community Groups and Agencies provide to their residents, clients or staff through regular or ad-hoc on-site physiotherapy sessions. These sessions are tailored to your individual needs to provide any combination of the following:
- Individual assessment and treatment for residents
- Education sessions for staff on issues such as falls prevention, the role of exercise and rehabilitation and maintaining comfort and function which will facilitate the provision of high quality care.
- Education sessions for residents or community groups on topics such as falls prevention, back care, maintaining independence and keeping active.
- Falls prevention programmes incorporating resident screening and staff and resident education
- Group exercise sessions
- Assisting your activities coordinators to maximise the effectiveness of their work
- Expert advice on rehabilitation needs for individual clients
Sessional rates apply to the the above services.
Alternatively we are available for individual treatment sessions with residents on an 'as required' basis.
